Shipping Policy
UK Deliveries

​Timings:
Once dispatched, please allow up to 10 working days for mainland UK.
For North Wales, please allow up to 15 working days.
For Scotland, please allow up to 20 working days.
Costs:
Delivery to mainland UK for items costing up to £500 is £25.00.
Delivery to mainland UK for items costing over £500 is £40.00
There is a surcharge to certain postcodes in the highlands and islands, the channel islands, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland. Please contact us at info@loomdesigns.co.uk for further details.

International Deliveries
We deliver Internationally to most locations including North America, Europe and the Middle East. Please contact us for more information at info@loomdesigns.co.uk.

Return Policy
We hope you love your Loom piece but if you wish to return an item then you must contact us within 48 hours of receipt. Items must be unused, in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Any returns deemed in an unsaleable condition will not be accepted as a return and the customer will be notified via email.

We will organise collection from you via our trusted courier for which we charge a flat rate contribution of £50 which will be deducted from your refund.

Once the item is received refunds can take up to 5 -7 working days to show on your account due to processing times.
